Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in New York to serve as a reimbursement and access expert across buy & bill, specialty pharmacy and sites of care. You will support providers throughout the reimbursement cycle to enable patient access for a rare disease therapy.

In this frontline role, you will develop account-specific access plans, educate accounts on patient services, and collaborate with Sales, Patient Services and Medical to align access strategy and remove barriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in biopharma reimbursement or field-based access roles in a matrix environment.
• 2+ years direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies (buy & bill preferred).
• Experience across buy & bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans for product launch and site-of-care optimization.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and collaborate with Patient Services for onboarding and therapy initiation.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors and Medical to align access strategy.
