Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join the Neurology Field team in Los Angeles, supporting launch and ongoing access for a rare disease therapy. You will act as a reimbursement and access expert across buy & bill, specialty pharmacy and sites of care to enable sustained patient access.

You will develop account-specific access plans, educate on patient support, partner with Sales, Patient Services and Medical, and guide providers through prior authorizations, denials and payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in biopharma reimbursement or market access.
• At least 2 years direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies.
• Experience across buy & bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales, Patient Services, Account Directors and Medical on access strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure REMS communication and field execution.
• Support coordination between provider offices, specialty pharmacy and infusion sites.
