We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rare Condition Account Manager (RCAM) to lead key relationships in the rare disease space, engaging with high value HCP's, executives, and other key stakeholders within Top Centers of Excellence in assigned Region. This individual will have a primary focus on establishing long term strategic partnerships with key centers in assigned region by driving education and awareness of Ascendis Rare Conditions portfolio, calling on Pediatric Endocrinologists, Genetists, Orthopedics, & Pediatrics with demonstrated experience accessing and exceeding key metrics within large health care systems.
This role is critical to driving therapy adoption through education, patient reimbursement and support, and long-term value creation in complex therapeutic and health care system environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the dynamics specific to rare diseases, including limited patient populations, distribution networks, and evolving competitive landscapes.
The annual base salary for this position is$195,000 - $215,000. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
