Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics is required.

• Strong ability to design for manufacturing and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement machining processes for valve hardware.
• Collaborate with design, machinists, and quality to ensure robust processes.
• Implement DFM updates and manage change into production.
• Push lights-out machining with SPC and process controls.
• Oversee fixture design, CAM programming, and tool selection.
• Deliver parts on time and drive new product introductions.
