Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Bench close tolerance dimensions per blueprint.
• Experience with measuring instruments: mics, thickness gauges, borescopes.
• Lean manufacturing and 5S preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret instructions.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Work independently or in a team to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Grind, file, or sand surfaces using tools and machines.
• Chase machine cut threads to size.
• Polish tight tolerance finishes and inspect surfaces.
• Wash parts after deburr process and inspect defects.
• Read drawings and follow work instructions precisely.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and heavy equipment as needed.
• Use test cells and flow to remove debris; borescope parts for defects.
• Maintain safety and quality while meeting schedules.
