Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Inventory Specialist (Raptor) for the 1st shift in Hawthorne, CA. You will receive orders, transact into ERP, label receipts, and verify material against paperwork while coordinating with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of materials management experience.
• 1+ years of forklift and powered equipment operation per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchased orders and transact into ERP system.
• Apply routing labels and identifiers for receipt of material.
• Verify material conformity with paperwork; check part numbers and quantity.
• Interface with carriers and internal customers to resolve receipt/distribution issues.
• Operate forklifts and powered equipment per safety procedures.
• Maintain area to-do lists for improvements.
• Receive, store and issue parts to support Raptor operations.
• Perform picking to replenish production lineside locations.
• Maintain proper stock rotation and temperature controls as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and efficiency of areas.
