Job summary

Discord's Creative Studio Team is seeking a versatile graphic designer and illustrator with strong conceptual skills and the ability to work across styles. You’ll be embedded with the Social team, creating fast-turnaround content across illustration, graphic design, and visual storytelling.

Collaborate with illustrators and motion designers to maintain a consistent visual voice. You’ll design a wide range of content, translate ideas into visuals, and manage multiple requests in quick timelines

Qualifications

• Portfolio with expressive illustration and graphic design across styles.
• 2+ years design or production experience in house, social, or agency.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, strong composition/color/typography.

Responsibilities

• Design and illustrate social and community content across platforms.
• Conceptualize quick-turnaround creative for cultural moments and conversations.
• Collaborate with Social team to translate ideas into visuals.
• Work with illustrators, motion designers, and brand designers to maintain visual voice.
• Manage multiple requests with proactive prioritization as timelines shift.
• Give and receive constructive feedback in critiques and live reviews.
