Job summary

Pack.com is seeking an elite Digital Illustrator to shape the visual universe of a stealth gamified shopping platform. You will create high-polish 2D/3D mystery pack art, loot graphics, and empty-state visuals, aligned with dark-mode gaming aesthetics.

Deliver vibrant, textured visuals and prepare assets for frontend teams via SVG/PNG exports. A strong portfolio and fluency in industry tools are required to drive a premium user experience.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating top-tier digital illustration with lighting, shading, and texture detail.
• Expert command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, and strong Figma fluency.
• Ability to study and replicate gaming aesthetics (dark-mode, neon accents, metallic textures).
• Experience exporting clean SVGs and raster assets for frontend developers.
• Genuine connection to gaming culture, loot-box mechanics, or crypto/iGaming trends.

The Mission

We are looking for an elite Digital Illustrator to shape the visual universe and asset language of Pack.com —a stealth gamified shopping platform for mystery packs and physical goods.

While core UX layout logic is helpful, your primary focus in this role is high-octane visual artistry. We need someone who can create hyper-polished, vibrant digital illustrations, custom 2D/3D mystery pack containers, item rarity badges, loot graphics, and empty-state visuals.

Our aesthetic lives at the intersection of modern dark-mode UI, high-energy gaming aesthetics, and premium loot-box mechanics. We need an illustrator who can capture—and elevate—the rich lighting, detailed texturing, and high-dopamine visual style seen in top-tier gaming and skin marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Mystery Pack & Container Art: Illustrate and render high-impact 2D/3D mystery packs, physical goods containers, loot boxes, and vault items with exceptional lighting, depth, and detail.
• Game & UI Asset Creation: Design custom iconography, item rarity badges, victory graphics, reward multiplier icons, and empty-state illustrations that bring energy to our core platform.
• Visual Style Replication & Elevation: Adapt quickly to our dark-mode visual guidelines, matching existing gaming assets while constantly pushing the creative bar higher.
• Product-Ready Asset Handoffs: Prepare and export clean, optimized SVGs, PNGs, and vector sets directly into Figma so engineering and frontend teams can implement them seamlessly.
• Unboxing & Concept Art: Craft visual concepts for unboxing sequences, particle effects, and reward reveal screens to make every user interaction feel rewarding.

Requirements

• High-Octane Gaming Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating top-tier digital illustration, 2D/3D asset rendering, game art, or skin/loot-box artwork with exceptional lighting, shading, and texture detail.
• Visual Tool Mastery: Expert command of digital illustration software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, or equivalent) and working fluency in Figma for asset organization.
• Style Adaptability: Proven ability to study a specific gaming aesthetic (dark-mode, neon accents, metallic textures, high-octane visual effects) and accurately replicate or improve upon it.
• Engineering-Friendly Exports: Experience organizing layer files, cutting assets, and exporting clean SVGs/raster graphics for web frontend developers.
• Gaming Culture Pulse: Authentic connection to competitive gaming, CS2 skin marketplaces, loot-box mechanics, or crypto/iGaming visual trends.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• 3D Asset Generation: Basic fluency in Blender, Cinema4D, or Spline to model and render 3D containers and loot objects.
• Motion & Micro-Animations: Experience animating illustrations or UI assets using After Effects, Rive, or Lottie (e.g., box opening spins, glowing effects).
