UF Health in Jacksonville seeks a Rapid Response RN to provide nursing care across North Campus, the Pavilion, and Specialty areas. The RN will float to ACC Building, Faculty Clinic, and both inpatient and outpatient departments, responding to activations and codes while upholding Florida Nurse Practice Act guidelines.

The role requires an Associate degree with a BSN within 3 years, Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS (NRP within 6 months).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Critical Care/ICU/ED RN experience.
• Florida RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS within 6 months of hire; NRP within 6 months for eligible staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Float to North Campus, Pavilion, and Specialty areas; respond to activations and codes.
• Lead debriefings and provide bedside education.

Formation

Associate degree in Nursing
