Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a skilled RN to join the Rapid Response team at High Point Medical Center. You will provide and coordinate patient care across the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic outcomes in line with established standards and procedures.

With evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication, you will help lead efforts to maintain a safe environment and superior patient experience during acute deteriorations and code events.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
