• Collect and analyze data of rapid responses.
• Conduct proactive rounds on nursing units to identify at-risk patients.
• Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Participate in updating and upholding standards of practice.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
• Promote Evidence-Based Practice for team members.

What You'll Do

• Provide critical care support to nursing staff in all areas of the hospital.

Requirements

Education:

Experience:

• Minimum of three years acute care nursing experience
• Critical Care or Emergency Department experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Licensed Registered Professional Nurse
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• National clinical certification in assigned area of practice within 6 months of employment (CCRN or CEN)
• ACLS or other technical certifications as per area assigned
