Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions on Portland, WA area is hiring a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and families with expert pest control services. You’ll work on a route in Portland and Vancouver, WA, earning hourly pay plus incentives and commissions on new accounts.

You’ll need a clean driving record, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a pesticide license (training covered). The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to work 10am–7pm and every other Saturday.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate crawlspaces/attics.
• Must pass a drug screen and obtain a local pesticide license (training covered).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services to protect homes and families.
• Maintain a proactive, customer‑facing mindset on route.
• Earn commissions by recommending services to customers along your route.
• Represent Insight Pest Solutions with professionalism and safety.
