Qualifications

• ACLS certification preferred or required (as referenced in responsibilities).
• Experience as a Registered Nurse ideal for rapid response settings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and lead clinical bedside emergencies on campus.
• Collaborate with ICU staff and designee to optimize code response and reduce ICU mortality.
• Mentor staff in ACLS and initial patient care; provide follow-up after transfers.
• Support quality improvement and unit practice audits where applicable.
