Helion Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in a fast-paced production environment. The role emphasizes breakdown response, mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and keeping production equipment reliable.

You will troubleshoot rotating equipment, including conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and related machinery, perform shaft alignment, and support major repairs and maintenance projects while maintaining safe operation as part of a team.

Formación

• Strong multi-craft maintenance experience with a mechanical background.
• Experience troubleshooting conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and other rotating equipment.
• Ability to independently perform shaft alignment.
• Experience replacing conveyors and conveyor components.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance independently.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and equipment documentation.
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a maintenance team.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment including conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and related machinery.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot issues on production lines.
• Perform shaft alignment and bearing installation as part of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Replace and repair conveyors and conveyor components as needed.
• Perform weekly preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment documentation.
