Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a maintenance technician to respond to service calls within 30 minutes and efficiently complete work orders daily. You will maintain pools, filters, and pumps, adjust televisions, and program boxes as needed.

Additionally, you will replace air filters on AC units, repair vacuums, and keep grounds, garages and parking areas clean, ensuring fast, reliable service for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Respond to service calls within 30 minutes of receipt.
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and daily.
• Maintain pools, filters and pumps on a daily basis.
• Adjust televisions and program set-top boxes as needed.
• Replace air filters on AC units regularly.
• Repair vacuum cleaners and return them to service quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within half hour of receipt.
• Accurately complete all assigned work orders daily and inform supervisor of incomplete orders.
• Maintain pools, filters and pumps on a daily basis.
• Adjust televisions and program boxes as required.
• Replace light bulbs and ballasts as reported or noticed.
• Change air filters on AC units on a regular basis.
• Repair vacuum cleaners and restore them to service within two days.
• Clean up grounds, garages and parking lots.

• Efficiently maintain pools, filters and pumps on a daily basis.
• Efficiently adjust televisions and program boxes.
• Change light bulbs and ballasts as soon as reported or noticed.
• Efficiently replace air filters on AC units on a regular basis.
• Accurately and efficiently repair vacuum cleaners, returning them to service within two (2) days.
• Clean up grounds, garages and parking lots.
