Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for responding to service requests promptly, completing work orders daily, and keeping facilities well maintained.

You will adjust televisions, program boxes, replace bulbs and ballasts, service air filters on AC units, repair vacuums, and clean grounds, garages, and parking areas to ensure a safe, functional property.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all service calls within 30 minutes of receipt.
• Complete all daily work orders; inform supervisor of incomplete orders for rescheduling.
• Adjust televisions and program boxes as needed.
• Replace light bulbs and ballasts promptly when reported or noticed.
• Replace air filters on AC units on a regular basis.
• Repair vacuum cleaners and return them to service within 2 days.
• Clean up grounds, garages and parking lots.

Job description

• Respond to all service calls within half hour from time call is received.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all assigned work orders on a daily basis. Inform supervisor of any incomplete orders for rescheduling.
• Efficiently adjust televisions and program boxes.
• Change light bulbs and ballasts as soon as reported or noticed.
• Efficiently replace air filters on AC units on a regular basis.
• Accurately and efficiently repair vacuum cleaners, returning them to service within two (2) days.
• Clean up grounds, garages and parking lots.
