Job summary

You will coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters, and night engineers to ensure on-time completion of repairs, alterations, and new installations.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems knowledge, with vocational training or an associate degree and applicable certification or apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems knowledge required.
• Vocational training or associate degree with relevant certification.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and parts breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within 30 minutes of receipt.
• Troubleshoot defects and take corrective action for guest-related issues or urgent repairs.
• Follow procedures for repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work.
• Comply with codes and regulations at all levels.
• Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters and night engineers on jobs.
