• Must be graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Must have active South Carolina RN license.
• Must be BLS and ACLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient rounding and bedside assessments with nursing collaboration.
• Utilize MEWS scores, medical history and admission location to prioritize assessment.
• Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response notifications and other alerts as directed.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure staff, patient and visitor safety.
• Coach staff and provide education on MEWS scores and high-risk indicators.
