Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift in a critical care/ED setting. The role provides hospital-wide support, guides staff in complex procedures, and serves as a clinical resource across Memorial facilities.

Minimum 2 years in Critical Care or ED, ACLS certification; Nursing Diploma/Associate degree required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred. Safety-sensitive position with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

• Direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation per nursing standards.
• Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness/injury management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.

• Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with interprofessional team.
• Proactively plans and communicates the plan of care across the continuum.

The Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse serves as a hospital-wide resource and responds to emergency situations, including Code Blue, Code White, CAT events, traumas, etc. In addition, this position serves as a valuable clinical resource by offering guidance and education to staff performing less familiar procedures or tasks.Minimum 2 years of Critical Care or ED ExperienceACLS CertificationNights, 7:15PM – 6:45 AM

The Nursing Administration oversees the various Nursing departments and provides clerical support.
