Job summary

Duncan Aviation in Colorado is seeking a Rapid Response Technician II to assist with inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft and engine systems on corporate jets, with some supervision and in accordance with manufacturer specs and FAA regulations. The role requires the A&P certificate and hands-on engine/airframe experience.

The position involves on-wing inspections across the U.S. and abroad, completing documentation, and training logs.

Qualifications

• A&P certificate required and in good standing.
• Experience on Honeywell TFE731, CFE738, HTF7000 series engines.
• Experience on Pratt & Whitney 300/500/600 & JT15 series engines.
• Experience on Williams FJ44, GE CF34, Rolls-Royce BR700 engines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high quality inspections, servicing, troubleshooting under supervision and maintain aircraft/engine systems.
• Prepare documents per FAA regulations and company policy; complete discrepancies and corrective actions in the work order system.
• Locate and use technical data; follow directions from shop personnel during tasks.
• Support customer relationships and assist sales/marketing; solicit service opportunities and respond to requests.
• Maintain parts inventory, calibrate tools, and ensure clean, safe work environments.
• Be available as a point of contact for customers before/after scheduled hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
