Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking a Rapid Response Technician II to support on-wing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on corporate jets across the U.S. and internationally.

The role requires an A&P certificate, four years of relevant maintenance experience, and the ability to work with some supervision to deliver rapid service. Travel with qualified teams, interact with customers, and ensure documentation compliance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
  • Must have FAA A&P certificate and be in good standing.
  • Minimum of four years in Corporate Aviation Maintenance focusing on engine/airframe maintenance.
  • Lead Technician or AOG maintenance experience with Corporate Flight Department/Service Provider/ MRO/ OEM is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in high quality inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of aircraft and engine systems with limited supervision.
  • Prepare documents required by FAA regulations and company policy; update work orders, discrepancies, and AD compliance statements.
  • Locate and use technical data; follow instructions from shop personnel when performing tasks.
  • Build relationships with customers; assist sales/marketing; contact customers for service opportunities and respond to requests.
  • Manage parts inventory, tooling calibration, and maintain clean work environment and support vehicles.
