Actify Home Care, Inc. is recruiting Physical Therapist Assistants to join its clinician-owned home health team in Florida. Openings feature immediate onboarding and a 1099 per-visit pay of $50.

The role focuses on high-quality geriatric home care with direct collaboration to the supervising PT and efficient documentation using Kinnser/WellSky. Requirements include an active Florida PTA license, CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do as a PTA:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
  

• Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
  

• Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.
  

• PT Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising PT.

What You Need:

• License: Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.

• Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.

• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

• Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
