Actify Home Care is seeking qualified Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our clinician-owned team serving West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. Immediate openings with rapid onboarding and 1099 per-visit compensation at $50.

You'll provide one-on-one geriatric therapy in patients' homes, follow supervising PT plans, document progress timely, and coordinate care with the PT. Florida PTA license and CPR/BLS are required; reliable transportation is a must.

Qualificações

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one PTA therapy in patients' homes.
• Follow treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Timely documentation of patient progress and responses.
• Coordinate patient status with the supervising PT.

What You’ll Do as a PTA:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.

• Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.
  

• PT Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising PT.

What You Need:

• License: Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.

• Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.

• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

• Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
