Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Hanger in Pecos/Denver, CO. The role involves hanging and tagging merchandise for sale, transferring items from production to sales racks, and supporting customer service. The position is non-exempt and paid hourly.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, aiming to position up to 2,000 items daily, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to supervisor guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fashion styles and trends.
• Ability to distinguish men's vs women's clothing.
• Ability to hang and tag merchandise quickly.
• Ability to observe the production process and communicate with supervisor.
• Ability to present a positive Company image and be courteous to customers.
• Ability to work well as a team.

Responsibilities

• Hang clothing according to supervisor guidelines.
• Hang enough to reach a minimum of 2,000 items priced per day.
• Transfer merchandise from production racks to sales racks.
• Fill in order positions on the production line as needed.
• Assist with customer/donor service.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Allow 10 minutes before quitting time for sweeping and cleaning up.
• Perform other duties as directed, including tasks outside primary area.
