Job summary

Ignite Now is seeking a Program Integrator to support SOCOM within the G-TEAD, bridging operators, engineers, contracting, and program offices. You will ensure needs are captured, compressed timelines navigated, and warfighters receive interoperable capability.

The role requires 10+ years in DoD acquisition, strong briefing skills, and a Secret clearance. You will coordinate rapid acquisition strategies, track risks, and contribute to weekly SITREPs and program reports.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI.
• 10+ years of combined Army/DoD acquisition, program management, capability development, or operational support.
• Hands-on experience translating operational requirements into acquisition documents (requirements packages, SOWs/SOOs, PWSs).
• Working knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and Other Transaction authorities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts and surface risk.
• Strong written and briefing skills for senior leaders without rewriting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or management discipline, or equivalent experience per the posting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between G-TEAD leadership, SOCOM and Army stakeholders and program offices.
• Translate operational problem statements into requirements packages and evaluation criteria for contracting action.
• Develop and maintain integration plans and capability roadmaps with transition points.
• Partner with Agreements Officers and contracting to execute rapid acquisition strategies including OT authorities.
• Support evaluation of white papers, technical assessments, and source selection documentation for accelerated awards.
• Plan and execute Accelerated Capability Events, user assessments, and demonstrations; capture results for transition decisions.
• Assess risk across technical, operational, schedule, and acquisition dimensions and brief leadership.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance; prepare SITREPs and program activity reports.
