Job summary

IGNITE is seeking a Program Integrator to support the SOCOM team under the Global Tactical Edge Acquisition Directorate. You will bridge operators, engineers, contracting, and program offices to capture needs, move them through the acquisition system on tight timelines, and deliver capability to soldiers.

Based in the Fort Belvoir, VA area, you will translate statements into SOWs, support OTAs and CSOs, and produce decision-grade briefings for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of DoD/Army acquisition or program management experience.
• Experience translating operational requirements into acquisition documents (SOWs/SOOs, PWSs).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts and surface risk to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between G-TEAD leadership, SOCOM and Army stakeholders, syncing capability priorities.
• Translate problem statements into requirements packages and evaluation criteria ready for contracting action.
• Develop integration plans and roadmaps identifying program of record, funding path, and transition points.
• Partner with Agreements Officers to execute rapid acquisition strategies, including OTAs and CSOs.
• Support white papers, assessments, and source selection documentation for accelerated awards.
• Coordinate Accelerated Capability Events and capture results to drive requirements and transitions.
• Produce briefing papers and correspondence for senior leaders per AR 25-50.
• Represent G-TEAD on IPTs and coordinate with PEOs and SOF entities.
