Responsibilities include enforcing SOPs, conducting safety briefings, assisting with malfunctions, and leading emergency responses. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in this fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have firearms handling experience.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work morning, night and weekends.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for range operations.
• Supervise and direct a safe and efficient range.
• Enforce all firearms and range safety rules on the range.
• Conduct range safety briefings as necessary.
• Be an example by practicing safe firearm handling and safety rules.
• Assist shooters with stoppages, malfunctions and questions.
• Control the range and lead or assist with emergency procedures.
• Know and execute emergency response plans when required.
• Monitor CCTV to observe safety violations.
• Contribute to the team by completing related tasks as needed.
• Restocking targets and PPE; handle POS checks & waiver verification.
