The ideal candidate will have firearms handling experience, a solid knowledge of safety procedures, and the ability to remain calm and authoritative

Qualifications

• Must have prior firearms handling experience and knowledge of range safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service and clear, authoritative communication.
• Capable of staying calm and professional under pressure to ensure safety.
• Legally eligible to handle and be around firearms.
• Strong attention to safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enforce range safety rules and protocols to maintain a safe shooting environment.
• Monitor range activities and intervene immediately for unsafe behavior.
• Assist customers with firearm handling, range procedures, and equipment questions.
• Conduct range briefings and safety orientations for shooters of all levels.
• Perform routine range inspections, maintenance checks, and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid as needed.
• Support retail and training staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Monitor range activities and intervene immediately when unsafe behavior is observed
• Assist customers with firearm handling, range procedures, and equipment questions
• Conduct range briefings and safety orientations for new and experienced shooters
• Perform routine range inspections, maintenance checks, and equipment upkeep
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid as needed
• Support retail and training staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Prior experience with firearms handling and range operations strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of firearm safety rules and safe handling procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm, authoritative, and professional under pressure
• Must be legally eligible to handle and be around firearms
