Blackstone Shooting Sports is seeking a Range Team Member to join our passionate team. You will engage with guests, share enthusiasm for our products, and help ensure the safest and best experience at the range.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, delivering exceptional service, educating guests about firearms, maintaining equipment, and supporting events while driving revenue through memberships and training programs.

Qualifications

• Firearm safety knowledge and emergency procedures.
• Experience enforcing safety and assisting guests at shooting ranges.
• Enthusiasm for firearms and shooting sports across experience levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for guest engagement and service.
• Motivation to meet sales targets and promote memberships/training.
• Ability to collaborate with a team while taking initiative.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all safety rules to maintain a secure range environment.
• Provide personalized customer service and exceed guest expectations.
• Assist guests in selecting the right firearms using product knowledge.
• Inspect and report range equipment issues for maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the range.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist with coordinating events, private bookings, and competitions.
• Promote memberships, events, and training programs to boost revenue.
• Oversee range operations and support guests during shifts.
