Qualifications

• Range Safety Officer experience required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• NRA Range Safety Officer Certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
• Public speaking and effective communication skills preferred.
• Proficiency in handling pistols, shotguns, and rifles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact with customers, dealers, suppliers and industry partners.
• Lead product design through range-related responsibilities.
• Support range functions, monitor processes, and maintain high standards.
• Prepare for private or public events (Staccato 368 Community, VIP Guests, Law Enforcement, Club Members, Employee events).
• Communicate effectively with leadership, range management, and stakeholders.
• Maintain appearance and curb appeal across all range facilities.
• Forecast range equipment, staffing, and consumables needs.
• Enforce range safety protocols 100% of the time and report violations.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on range equipment and systems.
• Ensure safe environment by enforcing firearm handling safety.
• Stay updated on new products, trends, and firearms industry news.
• Maintain proficiency in rifle and handgun usage and advanced tactics.
