Job summary

Staccato 2011, LLC in Florence, Texas, is seeking a personable, safety‑minded professional to be the first point of contact for customers, dealers, suppliers and industry partners at Staccato Ranch Texas.

You will ensure outstanding service, operate and demonstrate firearms experiences, and uphold range safety and compliance across a fast‑moving environment. A valid Texas LTC, strong communication, and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Range Safety Officer required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• NRA Range Safety Officer Certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude skills preferred.
• Strong public speaking and effective communication skills preferred.
• Proficiency in operating, demonstrating, and providing firearm experiences, including pistols, shotguns, and rifles.
• Valid Texas LTC is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of shooting techniques and range facilities/equipment maintenance.
• Must meet all Federal, State, and company certification requirements.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• This role will be the first point of contact (in person or by phone) for customers, dealers, suppliers and industry partners with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Provide firearm experiences and demonstrations, including pistols, shotguns, and rifles.
• Maintain range safety and facility standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in events and daily operations at Staccato Ranch Texas.
• Ensure compliance with all certifications and company policies.

Established in 2023 and located in Florence, Texas, Staccato Ranch Texas, shares a property with Staccato 2011’s manufacturing facility. QUALIFICATIONS

• Range Safety Officer experience is required.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• National Rifle Association Range Safety Officer Certification is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude skills are preferred.
• Strong public speaking and effective communication skills are preferred.
• Proficiency in operating, demonstrating, and providing firearm experiences, including pistols, shotguns, and rifles.
• Valid Texas LTC is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of shooting techniques and the maintenance of firearms and range facilities/equipment.
• Must meet all Federal, State, and company certification requirements.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing for long periods of time in an outdoor environment, including extreme temperatures in the summer and winter months, is required.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
