Job summary

Shoot Smart is seeking a Range Guide in Fort Worth to handle customer transactions, assist with range safety, and engage customers during events and leagues. You will contribute to a fun and safe shooting environment while promoting products and training services.

The role requires a high school diploma and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Prior retail or firearms knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Firearms proficiency and basic knowledge a plus.
• NRA Range Safety Officer certification or able to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and proficiently operate the point of sale system while delivering excellent customer service.
• Directly sell lane rental, firearm rental, shooting accessories, and retail items.
• Guide customers through the Shoot Smart experience by ensuring a safe, fun environment.
• Maintain range safety and ensure compliance with all policies.
• Keep range clean and safe; complete tasks assigned by supervisors promptly.
