Job summary

Shoot Smart Co. in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Range Guide to be the go-between for customers who visit the range to shoot, buy products, or join training.

The role handles customer transactions, performs range safety officer duties, and contributes to a fun, safe, and engaging environment at events and leagues. Must be 18+, able to lift 25 lbs, and complete NRA RSO certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Firearms knowledge is a plus.
• NRA Range Safety Officer certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate the point of sale system.
• Directly sell lane rental, firearm rental, and accessories.
• Guide customers through a safe, enjoyable range experience.
• Maintain range safety and cleanliness per policies.
