Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated automotive sales manager to lead an outstanding sales team to success. With increasing sales volume, we need a leader with a proven track record in exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management required
  • Focus on customer retention and CSI in Sales
  • Forecast monthly and yearly unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits
  • Work with salespeople and managers to set and achieve specific goals
  • Create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere emphasizing employee retention
  • Conduct sales meetings regularly
  • Maintain balanced inventory of new and used vehicles
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that meet sales goals
  • Participate actively in community engagement
