Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated automotive sales manager to lead our outstanding sales team to success. As sales volume continues to rise, we need a leader with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management.
  • Passionate about customer retention and CSI in sales.
  • Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
  • Work with each salesperson and manager to set and achieve specific goals and objectives.
  • Create a positive sales culture and foster a team-oriented environment focused on employee retention.
  • Conduct sales meetings.
  • Maintain a balanced inventory of new and used vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop strategies that meet sales goals.
  • Engage actively in community involvement.
