Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and highly motivated automotive sales manager to lead an outstanding sales team to success. With increasing sales volume, we require a leader with a proven track record in exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management.
  2. Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales.
  3. Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
  4. Collaborate with salespeople and managers to set and achieve specific goals and objectives.
  5. Create a positive sales culture and a team-oriented atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
  6. Conduct regular sales meetings.
  7. Maintain balanced inventory of new and used vehicles.
  8. Work with the marketing department to develop strategies that meet sales goals.
  9. Engage actively in the community.
