Job Summary:

The Night Crew Manager oversees the store's overnight operations, including stocking, inventory management, and team leadership, to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Develop inventory management strategies for optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand for ordering decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Lead and motivate the night crew team to meet performance goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Identify training needs and ensure team readiness.
• Oversee overnight stocking and inventory processes.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked per store standards.
• Monitor workflow to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual appeal.
• Implement merchandising strategies to attract customers.
• Resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct safety inspections.
• Address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Handle equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of inventory systems and grocery products.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Complete OSHA forklift training.
