Qualifications

• 12 months experience in ranch operations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to work outdoors in variable conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Obeys safety and food safety rules at all times.
• Coordinates with Irrigation and Tractor Foremen to ensure timely, quality work.
• Trains new workers and oversees on-site training.
• Supervises pre-start inspections of tractors and equipment.
• Oversees pest control and crop watering practices.
• Manages housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
