Position Description

We are seeking a trustworthy, capable, and self-directed Ranch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private ranch in the D’Hanis, Texas area.

Info About The Ranch

We are a private ranch owned by a Beer Distributor out of Houston. We have 2,300 high-fenced acres. Most of the ranch is in a “manicured” state with paved roads throughout. There is also a creek that runs through the ranch connected through the property by dams. We do have a 900 acre “back area” that is left native where all the whitetail hunting is done; complete with 6 blinds.

Hunting done on property: Dove, Duck, Whitetail, Varmint.

There is a house on-campus that the Ranch Manager can fully live in as well as a vehicle and full benefits.

This position is intended for someone who takes genuine pride in caring for a property, exercises sound judgment, manages people effectively, and can operate independently with minimal day-to-day supervision from the owner.

The ranch is used for private hunting, recreation, and hosting groups of guests throughout the year.
