Valley Ranch LLC in Cody, WY is seeking a Ranch Hand/Grounds Keeper for full-time work on a private ranch near the Shoshone National Forest. The role covers lawn care, irrigation, equipment operation, carpentry, and property maintenance, with training provided for the right candidate.

Ideal applicants are reliable, self-motivated, able to work solo or as part of a team, and enjoy outdoor work. Housing on site may be available for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome, but will train the right candidate.
• Reliable with strong work ethic; able to work independently or in a team.
• Past horse riding, care and maintenance experience is a strong plus, not required.
• This is not a livestock operation.
