Job summary

Buttonwood Farm & Winery in the Santa Ynez Valley is seeking a dependable Ranch Hand to support daily ranch operations and property upkeep. This hands-on role involves maintenance of fences, buildings, equipment, grounds, and assisting with seasonal projects across the vineyard and estate.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 60 pounds, and collaborate with a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and hospitality.
