Job summary

Patriot Advertising's Texas ranch is seeking a Ranch Guide Supervisor to oversee guide staff, manage the hunting program, and maintain wildlife operations year-round. The role emphasizes safe, ethical hunting, high-quality client experiences, and the care of deer, quail, exotic species, equipment, and facilities.

You will lead guide teams, coordinate feeding, monitor wildlife health, maintain feeders and blinds, guide hunts, and supervise off-season ranch work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years guiding; strong TX wildlife and firearm knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership.
• Task-oriented, team player, willingness to learn.
• BS wildlife/natural resources/animal science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guide staff, schedules, leave and daily duties.
• Manage feeding programs, weekly pasture feeding, and logs.
• Maintain feeders, blinds, shooting lanes, and equipment.
• Guide hunts, ensure safety, and store game.
• Supervise off-season ranch work and habitat improvements.
• Conduct surveys, harvest records, and coordinate with biologist.
