Job summary

Silver Cliff Ranch in Nathrop, CO is seeking a Cabin Keeper/Server to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests aged all ages. This role involves daily cleaning tasks, assisting with meal prep, service, and cleanup for three meals per day, and providing high-level customer service.

Responsibilities include keeping the kitchen and Dining Hall clean, supporting laundry, assisting with campus turnarounds after groups, setting up tables for events, and helping in the Gift/Snack

Qualifications

• Ability to work on a team and relate well with others.
• Self-starter and organized.
• Willingness to take direction and supervision.
• Proficiency in safe use of cleaning equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to identify hazards and respond appropriately.
• Ability to communicate in English, perform basic arithmetic, and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Assist with prep, serving, and cleanup of three meals per day.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and Dining Hall after meals.
• Assist with campus turnaround and cleaning after groups.
• Set tables and chairs for events in Opera House and Dining Hall.
• Assist in laundry room to clean and fold linens.
• Support groups and manage campfires as needed.
• Perform routine end-of-day tasks and assist in Gift/Snack Shop as assigned.
