Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, and basic ranch work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cattle operations and coordinate herd health with farm managers.
• Maintain fences, stone walls, and light carpentry tasks.
• Oversee AirBnB guest management, supplies, and cleaning logistics.
• Handle home systems, heating, internet, and IT as needed.
• Arrange contractor repairs and occasional travel to NYC for family logistics.
