Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience configuring, optimizing, and analyzing RAN performance.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis; Linux and Git experience.
• Experience developing, executing, and managing LTE/5G-NR test cases.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain automated test cases and frameworks for eNB/gNB feature validation.
• Analyze UE and eNB/gNB logs to debug and root-cause RAN issues.
• Lead UE log collection and field testing to support eNB/gNB feature development.
• Build software tools and queries to analyze RAN performance and tune parameters.
• Manage and prioritize network issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Troubleshoot and maintain RAN lab infrastructure with partner teams.
