Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a motivated Intern to support the Network Services PMO in Plano, Texas. You will gain hands-on experience planning, coordinating, governing, and reporting site-development projects across stakeholders and vendors.

You will work with project managers, engineering teams, field operations, and customers to track progress, keep initiatives on schedule, and help improve PMO processes. This 12-week program starts May 25th, 2027, and emphasizes AI-aware workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in project management, data analysis, IT operations, telecom, and tools.
• Curious about AI and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, action logs, and documentation for RAN site initiatives.
• Collect stakeholder updates and prepare weekly/monthly status reports on progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Support resource planning, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and governance activities.
• Identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Assist with dashboards, portfolio summaries, change-control documentation, and quality reviews.
• Verify project records are complete, current, and stored per requirements.
• Identify reporting gaps and suggest PMO process improvements.
