Job summary

Voltage-LL is seeking a Production Manager to drive output, quality, labor efficiency, and cost performance at a ramping wire harness facility in North Carolina. You will lead Area Leads and production operators through startup, ramp-up, and full-capacity operations, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to meet KPIs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing supervisors and large hourly teams.
• Experience with high-volume production and KPIs.
• Experience in wire harness/auto/electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across lines and shifts.
• Drive scheduling attainment, labor efficiency, throughput, and scrap reduction.
• Monitor safety, productivity, downtime, OEE, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering on NPI and line setup.
• Ensure ERP/SAP transaction compliance and accurate reporting.
