Responsibilities

• Meet and park inbound aircraft and marshal with required equipment.
• Monitor Unicom and Tower frequencies and coordinate with Line Personnel.
• Assist arriving customers with luggage and ramp transportation.
• Obtain fuel orders and deliver tickets; ensure invoicing by CSR when applicable.
• Maintain fuel levels, perform basic vehicle maintenance and keep logs.
• Answer calls at front desk when CSR unavailable and assist customers professionally.
