Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and hold ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times and operate in compliance with company and government requirements.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continuous improvement.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, materials, and coaching for department personnel.
