Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's progressive aviation ground handling experience.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and station leadership.
• Familiarity with GSE maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of ramp team members during unloading/loading and aircraft servicing.
• Manage ramp manpower to ensure adequate staffing for your shift.
• Serve as point person for customers and management to minimize delays.
• Observe and enforce ATS and Airline safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure GSE maintenance procedures are assigned and completed on each shift.
• Read and interpret loading instructions, weight manifests, and log flight information for billing.
